We have always been a bit skeptical as to where we advertise and the publications we use. While is true that you can't please everyone, as a responsible business we aim to do just that. However sometimes is not only the customer who is not satisfied but your competitors may not be happy with you if they notice you start to corner the market. There is a publication named Rip Off Report. We have a couple of reports there that are not favorable but the main question is,  posted by who? anyone can post here and many others not credible publications. what these sites are looking for is their own interest, plain and simple. Everyone is looking out for themselves now a days and how much money they can make. Just recently, as our daughter company turned one year old we had a rating with the Better Business Bureau of A- based on time, complaints and resolutions to complaints,  then, from one day to the next, our rating changed from an A to an F. When we called we were transferred to Bob Colmerauer the VP of operations who informed us that things had changed and our credentials and complaints had also changed. We have the documents to prove how resolved complaints turned into seven serious complaints, three unsolved and so on it looked as if someone was doing this on purpose and I still think someone is. When we call now to verify anything we must talk to Bob and Bob is not doing much about it. We have sent our new documentation as requested by BBB and nothing is changing. We started questioning ourselves, what has changed and so on until we decided to do a search on the BBB itself and found odds and ends on people just like us that can't do much about this issue but then, we ran into this article by ABC 20/20 and breathed a bit easier when we found out it was not really us but rather the BBB's greed. Since then, we decided not to participate with them any longer, they are private company just like ours and their system has changed too much.
